Frustrader permits clients to look for transaction signals, automated trading systems, transaction tactics, trading newsletters, and information and analysis about this data and finally purchase them. In addition,Frustrader permits the clients to use the product as long as their trading account is registered under our listed brokers. You also comprehend and concur that the amenities on the Website may contain ads and that these ads may be needed for Frustrader to give the Service. You also realize and consent that the service may contain some relevances from Frustrader , such as service notification and official messages, thus you will not be deniable of accepting them since they  also are regarded as an inseparable part of your Frustrader membership. You understand and agree that Forex, Stocks and CFDs are complex instruments and come with a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage. 75.76% of retail investor accounts lose money when trading on this market with their providers. You should consider whether you understand how this market works and whether you can afford to take the high risk of losing your money. In addition, most Expert advisors are designed and programmed based on analyzing data of market history of market. Therefore, they may generate several false orders which will result in loss and lead your account to losing respectively. You should consider whether you can constantly get hold of total control of orders on your account.

The clients are  responsible for attaining access to the Service which may involve third party fees (such as Internet service provider or airtime taxes etc). Also they are responsible for those fees,which are associated with the demonstration or rendition of ads. In addition, as a client, it is your responsibility to provide the equipment you need to access the Service.


Automated trading systems do require monitoring, regardless of the pleasure of turning on the computer and leaving it for the weeks to trade. This is due to the potential for mechanical failures, such as connectivity issues, power losses or computer crashes. It is also possible for an automated trading system to experience anomalies that could result in errant orders, missing orders, or duplicate orders. If the system is monitored and/or has an alerting system, these events can be identified and resolved quickly.


Frustrader does not charge anyone for subscribing to the site and finding trading strategies nor  charge any fees for registering on  the Website for people. Once a user finds a strategy to which he wants to subscribe, the user will be charged a monthly price which is set by the trading-strategy founder.


If you  provide trading strategies through Frustrader and you successfully sell these strategies such that Frustrader processes the transaction on your behalf, then Frustrader charges a fee for each sale we conduct on your behalf. That fee is listed below in "Pricing Menu"

The way we collect this fee is as follows. Each month, on a monthly cycle, we calculate how much we have collected on your behalf for transactions that are 45 days or older. We deduct a percentage of this amount as our fee, and we remit the rest back to you. We do not remove additional amounts for the standard credit card processing "discount rate."


Clients agree that Frustrader may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately stop providing them with the service and terminate their subscription access to the Service. Cause for such termination shall include, but not be limited to, firstly breaches or violations of the TOS or other incorporated agreements or guidelines, or secondly requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, or thirdly a request by you (self-initiated account deletions), or fourthly discontinuance or material modification to the Service (or any part thereof), or fifthly unexpected technical issues or problems, and finally extended periods of inactivity.
